Admission Guidelines

Pupils are admitted at the beginning of November every year up to April the next year, immediately after the declarations of admissions open.

At CLRR Intellectual International School, we have strived to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that all prospective parents enjoy a stress-free application experience.

Application Process:

To initiate the application process, parents/guardians can either download the Application Form from our website or collect a hard copy from the school office. The completed Application Form, along with a registration fee of Rs.500/-, should be submitted to the school on any working day between 8 AM and 4 PM.

Details of Admission for the academic year 2024-25

On registration, the parents will be given the details about the date/time and syllabus. The written test will be held from Class 1 onwards to test the aptitude and learning, followed by the interaction with parents and children.

Age Criteria

CLRR Intellectual International School accepts students into a grade in accordance with their age.
For admission into various classes, the candidates must fulfil the following age criteria as of 31st March in the academic year of the session 2024-25. (A child born on 1st April should also be considered.)

Documents to be Submitted :

Newly admitted children will be permitted to join only on completion of admission formalities, which include submission of duly filled and signed Application Form with the following documents enclosed.

  1. Full payment of fee, as applicable.
  2. Birth Certificate/Transfer certificate.
  3. Vaccination Certificate/Medical Certificate of the child.
  4. Result Sheet of previous schools attended.
  5. Six Copies of Passport Size photographs.
  6. Adhaar Card photocopy of child and parents.
  7. Residence Proof.

Submission Deadline:

A student must produce evidence of the date of birth (a birth certificate for the pre-primary section and a T.C. of the previous school from class I upwards) by the second week of April, failing which the admission will stand cancelled.

The original and photocopy of the previous school’s mark sheet has to be submitted by the second week of April. Please note that a student will be admitted only to the class mentioned on the transfer certificate and to no higher class, nor will a student be promoted before the end of a school calendar year. The TC and mark sheet have to be of the same school.

Fee Payment:

Parents can confirm admission by paying the admission and quarterly fees.

Enrollment:

Upon successful completion of the admission process, a unique enrollment number is generated, marking the end of the admission process.
